Project Manager – Digital Services

About the role

PwC is looking for a Project Manager to join its Digital Services team in Qormi. You will lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives for clients, covering ERP, CRM, HRIS, cyber, cloud, data and digital solutions, working with multidisciplinary teams across PwC, client organisations and third-party technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, from mobilisation and planning through implementation, go-live and closure.
• Deliver ERP, CRM, HRIS, cyber, cloud, data and digital transformation initiatives for clients across industries.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, RAIDD logs, governance artefacts and status reporting.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, with timely escalation and resolution.
• Facilitate project governance forums, project reviews and Steering Committee reporting.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, project teams and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, transition and hypercare where required.
• Support business change, training and adoption to maximise the value of technology investments.
• Lead and coach project team members, and contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Typically 4-6 years of project management experience delivering technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering ERP, CRM, HRIS, cyber, cloud, data, analytics or digital transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management or a related discipline.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external technology vendors.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders and to lead project teams.

Required skills

• Project planning, governance, stakeholder management and delivery leadership.
• Managing budgets, schedules, risks, issues and change requests.
• Comfortable in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• Nice to have: PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM or equivalent; PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PSM II or equivalent; experience in consulting or professional services; familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira or Microsoft Project.
