Head of Commercial – Lead Sales & Marketing

About the role

EveryMatrix is seeking a Head of Commercial to steer its sales and marketing activities across its international footprint. The role will be based in a hybrid setting, supporting teams in London, Sliema and Bucharest, and will drive growth for the company’s B2B iGaming SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full sales and marketing process, ensuring accurate reporting and performance tracking.
• Leverage an extensive professional network to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Own the P&L for the Commercial team, meeting revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and industry leaders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to develop detailed business plans and commercial strategies.
• Lead major sales acquisitions and negotiate high‑value contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior commercial or sales leadership roles, preferably within the iGaming or SaaS sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong network and track record of securing new business.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
