Front Office Supervisor

About the role

Hyatt Centric Malta is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join its dynamic front desk team. In this role you will support the Front Office leadership in delivering seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences while upholding the brand’s five‑star service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth guest flow.
• Lead, motivate and support Front Office team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and special requirements with professionalism.
• Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Assist with room allocations, reservations and billing procedures.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to guarantee excellent guest service.
• Support training and development initiatives for Front Office staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Front Office role within a hotel environment.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems.
