Fragrance Sales Specialist – Cruise Ship Retail

About the role

Join the onboard retail team of Harding+Harding as a Fragrance Sales Specialist. You will work on cruise ships around the world, using your fragrance knowledge to create memorable moments for guests and drive sales in a unique retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests in conversation about scent, ask relevant questions and recommend fragrances that match their personal style or gifting needs.
• Introduce new launches, hero fragrances and promotions, offering testers and creating engaging product moments.
• Support onboard events, seminars and promotional activities to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain boutique standards by refreshing product knowledge, preparing displays, replenishing stock and assisting the wider team.
• Deliver a warm, lively boutique experience while adapting to the rhythm of cruise‑ship retail.

Required profile

• Previous experience selling fragrance, beauty or premium retail products.
• Strong face‑to‑face sales ability with a natural, personable approach.
• Comfortable creating excitement through product testing and demonstration.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close‑knit onboard team.
