Director – Strategy, Governance & Financial Performance

About the role

The Director will lead the company’s strategic vision, ensure robust corporate governance and drive financial performance across European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission and long‑term strategic plan for growth across EU markets.
• Make critical decisions on investments, capital allocation, business development and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with the Maltese Companies Act, Malta Business Registry and Malta Gaming Authority regulations.
• Maintain accurate corporate records and filings in line with statutory obligations.
• Oversee anti‑money‑laundering and responsible gaming policies to uphold player protection standards.
• Report regularly to the Board on operational, financial and regulatory performance, including risk mitigation.
• Drive overall financial performance, profitability and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience, preferably at board level.
• In‑depth knowledge of Maltese corporate law and MGA gambling regulations.
• Strong understanding of anti‑money‑laundering and responsible gaming frameworks.
• Ability to act independently, with integrity and in the best interests of shareholders.
• Excellent judgment in strategic investment and partnership decisions.
