AI Legal Specialist – Junior/Mid (Remote Europe)

About the role

EverAI is seeking a motivated AI Legal Specialist to join its Compliance Team. The position is fully remote within Europe and offers the chance to work at the forefront of AI and e‑commerce regulation.

Key responsibilities

• Own compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e‑commerce platforms.
• Draft and manage contracts and assessments required under data‑protection law, including GDPR DPAs and TIAs.
• Prepare and maintain internal compliance documentation covering data protection, AI governance, consumer rights and related statutes.
• Maintain EverAI’s AI systems inventory in line with EU guidance.
• Conduct risk assessments under applicable safety regulations.
• Review products and features for consumer‑rights and data‑protection compliance.
• Handle day‑to‑day compliance tasks such as standard IP issues (DMCA notices, copy‑cat claims) and contract reviews (NDAs, licensing agreements).

Required profile

• Passion for technology, AI and legal compliance.
• Ability to work on a broad range of legal and regulatory topics.
• Do‑er mindset with strong motivation to learn new areas of AI law.
• Junior to mid‑level experience in legal or compliance functions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GDPR and other data‑protection regulations.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks.
• Understanding of consumer‑rights legislation.
• Basic competence in IP law (e.g., DMCA).
• Experience reviewing contracts and legal documents.
