Affiliate & Influencer Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Affiliate & Influencer Account Manager to expand and nurture affiliate partnerships and influencer campaigns within the fast‑growing iGaming sector. You will act as the main liaison between our brand, affiliates and content creators, driving performance and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing affiliate partnerships.
• Recruit, onboard and support new affiliates and influencers.
• Negotiate deals, commission structures and promotional offers.
• Coordinate multi‑platform campaigns on Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, Kick and other channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI and produce regular reporting.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to optimise initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record managing influencer or streamer campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, Rev‑Share and hybrid compensation models.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of performance‑based marketing models (CPA, CPL, Rev‑Share, Hybrid).
