Digital Marketing Executive – Maltese Speaker

About the role

Join a fast‑growing financial services firm as a Digital Marketing Executive. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will expand the company’s digital footprint, generate qualified leads and support a broad range of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, handling audience selection, testing and performance improvement.
• Implement and maintain tracking via Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate conversion measurement across ads, forms and landing pages.
• Analyse website and campaign data in Google Analytics 4, producing reports on leads, conversions, cost‑per‑lead and other KPIs.
• Create and optimise landing pages, ensuring proper form setup, tracking tags and conversion events.
• Maintain and update the corporate WordPress site, publishing service pages, articles and other content.
• Plan, coordinate and manage the company’s social media presence.
• Conduct market, competitor and prospect research to support lead‑generation and outbound marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and to specification.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (at least 2 years).
• Background in B2B environments, preferably financial services or other complex service‑led industries.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work across multiple marketing channels.
