Social Media Marketing Executive

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Executive will manage and optimise the social presence of Pulsz and Pulsz Bingo across multiple platforms. Working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment, you will create engaging content, support campaign roll‑outs and ensure strong community interaction aligned with brand and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, Discord and YouTube.
• Maintain social content calendars and align them with marketing campaigns.
• Draft, edit and optimise community messaging in line with brand tone.
• Coordinate with designers and internal stakeholders to review and approve creative assets.
• Execute social‑led campaigns, competitions and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and moderate discussions.
• Track performance metrics, generate regular reports and use insights to improve content effectiveness.
• Stay updated on platform changes, emerging trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content‑focused roles.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work according to US time‑zone schedules.

Required skills

• Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social.
• Experience with Hootsuite or similar platforms.
