Technical Project Manager – Business Transformation

About the role

EY is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its Business Transformation team. In this role you will lead technology‑driven initiatives that create long‑term value for clients by improving operational efficiency, customer experience and business agility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of technology/IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget and quality expectations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, developers, vendors and infrastructure groups.
• Structure project plans to guarantee technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Track progress against milestones, manage dependencies and resolve blockers promptly.
• Maintain adherence to governance frameworks, delivery methodologies and reporting standards.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear requirement translation.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Oversee third‑party deliverables and ensure they meet contractual agreements.
• Establish and manage project governance structures, reporting routines and change‑control processes.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency and alignment.
