Solutions Architect - Lead Functional Consultant

About the role

A Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in Microsoft software for medium to large organisations (M365, Azure and Dynamics 365) is looking for a Solutions Architect / Lead Functional Consultant. The role leads the delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions as a technical and functional expert, with a hybrid schedule of 1 day at the office per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions and drive adoption of new features and technology across the Microsoft platform
• Design domain-specific implementations and influence the use of Dynamics 365 functionality
• Mentor and coach team members, identify skill gaps and training needs
• Identify market differentiators and contribute to industry-specific solution offerings
• Meet and exceed customer expectations, identify and mitigate project risks
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to Information Security Policies

Required profile

• Minimum 15+ years of experience implementing large-scale Dynamics CE solutions
• Strong industry experience in domains such as banking, healthcare or manufacturing
• Excellent presentation and pre-sales skills, able to influence decision-makers
• Fluent or proficient English

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
• Experience with the software development lifecycle, Azure and Agile methodology
• Certification in areas such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework is beneficial
