Payment Product Manager
ComeOn Group · St. Julian's
Job description
About the role
ComeOn Group is looking for a strategic Payment Product Manager to join its Product Team and take ownership of transactional flows, with a dedicated focus on the Nordics. The role aims to maximise deposit success by scouting new payment methods, building long-term relationships with providers, optimising acceptance rates and building resilient fallbacks.
Key responsibilities
- Scan Nordic markets and the wider fintech landscape for emerging payment methods, alternative providers and new routing technologies.
- Identify missing or underperforming payment methods when a brand is added or scales, and implement the right providers on time.
- Evaluate the business value and technical feasibility of new Payment Service Providers before onboarding.
- Monitor PSP acceptance rates per brand, analyse failed deposits and adjust strategies to improve conversion.
- Design a resilient payment infrastructure for Norway with backup providers and alternative routing so flows switch over during outages.
- Use PSP statistics to continuously optimise the payment offering for each market.
- Build and own long-term relationships with payment partners, banks, e-wallets and third-party suppliers.
- Negotiate initial and periodic contract renewals to secure competitive terms.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in payments within the gambling industry, working with MGA-licensed brands.
- Strong analytical skills, including reviewing financial data such as payments reports and transaction logs.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external providers.
- Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.
- Ability to define and communicate outcome-driven roadmaps and connect business value with a customer-centric product vision.
Required skills
- Proficiency in monitoring dashboards or payment systems (e.g. Tableau).
- Product methodology and ability to engage with Engineering, Product Design and business stakeholders.
What we offer
- Competitive remuneration package including a company bonus scheme.
- Quarterly team events and weekly company events.
- One-time bonus to set up a home workstation, with a hybrid work arrangement and up to 40 fully remote days a year.
- Wellbeing allowance and international private health insurance.
- Breakfast on Tuesdays and lunch on Mondays and Wednesdays.
