Learning Management System Intern

About the role

PwC is seeking a Learning Management System Intern to support the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Moodle LMS for client projects. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, gaining hands‑on experience in educational technology.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up Moodle instances, creating course structures, configuring user roles and permissions.
• Migrate learning content, build quizzes, organize SCORM packages and troubleshoot multimedia integration.
• Provide first‑line client support, resolve user issues, track bugs and guide instructors on platform features.
• Conduct QA testing of Moodle plugins, themes and version upgrades for cross‑browser compatibility.
• Create user manuals, video tutorials and documentation to facilitate client adoption.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies such as PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and MySQL.
• Understanding of learning standards like SCORM, xAPI (Tin Can) and LTI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
• Attention to detail and ability to map client requirements to Moodle functionality.
