Senior Mechanic & Garage Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level mechanic to lead our workshop and specialise in BMW vehicles. The successful candidate will combine hands‑on technical expertise with the ability to manage daily garage operations in our modern Maltese facility.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain BMW models, including M Series, hybrid, petrol and diesel variants.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using specialised equipment.
• Oversee workshop inventory, ensuring stock of oils, service materials and spare parts.
• Coordinate with the head mechanic to maintain high quality standards and efficient workflow.
• Supervise junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with BMW vehicles; Porsche experience is a strong plus.
• Proven track record as an automotive mechanic in a professional environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a passion for precision engineering.
