Senior LiveOps Manager - Supremacy: WW3

About the role

Twin Harbour Interactive develops strategy games and is looking for a Senior LiveOps Manager for Supremacy: World War III, a competitive real-time strategy title. You will drive monetization and live operations, keeping the in-game economy healthy while delivering seasonal content to a global community. The role reports to the Lead Game Designer and the Head of LiveOps.

Key responsibilities

• Own the LiveOps calendar: execute a 4-month seasonal structure with mid-season drops, events and sales across design, art, engineering and marketing.
• Design and iterate offer structures, resource bundles and seasonal IAP placements to maximise revenue while protecting long-term economy health.
• Track metrics such as ARPDAU and payer conversion, and run A/B tests to improve event mechanics and pricing.
• Support and mentor mid-level LiveOps Managers as the team grows.
• Work with UA, Marketing and Analytics so growth initiatives and live ops moments are aligned and tracked.

Required profile

• 5+ years in live ops, product management or monetisation in mobile/online F2P games.
• Proven track record managing live ops calendars with a measurable revenue impact.
• Strong understanding of F2P models (IAPs, battle passes, subscriptions).
• Ability to mentor junior and mid-level team members.
• Professional fluency in English.

Required skills

• Data-driven mindset with SQL, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• A/B testing methodology.
• Nice to have: RTS genre knowledge, hands-on game design experience, awareness of ad-based and subscription monetisation, and experience in a multi-studio or international studio.
