Senior Consultant - Digital & Business Transformation

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Digital & Business Transformation team. You will work with banking clients to design and implement enterprise‑wide digital strategies that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and agility.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of digital transformation strategies for banking clients.
• Conduct detailed analyses, generate insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring proper governance and data quality.
• Develop project materials, track milestones and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate risks, and support change‑management activities.
• Design and enhance business and operating models to drive efficiency and user experience.
• Facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders and validate transformation solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering digital transformation projects within the banking sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end project delivery and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and drive change adoption.
