Reservations Agent (German-speaking) - Malta

About the role

A full-time Reservations Agent position based in Malta, recruiting German-speaking candidates. The agent receives incoming calls from the market and converts them into sales, working within a team and supporting other markets.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from the market and convert as many as possible into sales
• Achieve performance targets (sales, call-handling and quality) set by the Market Manager and Team Leaders
• Share relevant customer feedback with Team Leaders to improve service quality
• Track reservations on request and support customers effectively
• Handle cross-market calls and assist other markets
• Deal with customer complaints professionally
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Leader

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to build strong relationships

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Word processing and typing speed of 25 WPM
