German-Speaking Customer Support Agent (Email & Chat) – Malta

About the role

A full-time German-speaking Customer Support position based in Malta, focused on keeping online spaces safe from scams, fraud and cyber grooming. Candidates must be available for morning and late shifts until midnight on a rotational basis.

Key responsibilities

• Understand, follow and stay up to date with client policies and guidelines.
• Review images, accounts and text-based content visually.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers using the right tools.
• Meet personal and customer support targets.
• Evaluate situations according to defined policies and escalate policy violations and fraud cases using internal tools.
• Report trends, common user mistakes and questions to the manager and suggest workflow improvements.
• Work with internal and client teams, balance priorities and take part in moderation training.

Required profile

• Native in German and English.
• No prior experience needed; drive and dedication matter more.
• English reading and writing skills, quick and accurate decision-making, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Proficient computer skills.
