Dutch or Flemish Customer Support Agent (Email & Chat) – Malta

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for full-time Dutch or Flemish-speaking customer support agents in Malta who help create a safer online environment by preventing scams, fraud and cyber grooming. Candidates must be available for morning and late shifts until midnight on a rotational basis.

Key responsibilities

• Understand, follow and stay up to date with client policies and guidelines.
• Review images, accounts and text-based content visually.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools.
• Meet personal and customer support targets.
• Evaluate situations and make decisions in line with defined policies.
• Report trends, common user mistakes and questions to the manager and escalate policy violations and fraud cases.
• Suggest improvements to workflows and automation and interface with internal and client teams.
• Take part in training on moderation policies and support different clients and markets as needed.

Required profile

• Native in Dutch or Flemish and English.
• No prior experience is necessary; drive and dedication matter more.
• English reading and writing skills, quick and accurate decision-making, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Proficient computer skills.
