Junior Commercial Project Manager – Southern Europe

About the role

As a Junior Commercial Project Manager you will support the planning, coordination and implementation of commercial projects across the Southern European market. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross‑team members, providers and suppliers to keep projects on track with requirements, deadlines and schedules.
• Collaborate with other PMs, product owners, designers, developers and QA teams to monitor deliverables and milestones.
• Assist in managing project scope, documenting change requests and supporting resource allocation.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analysing and summarising relevant information.
• Support internal and external communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement methodology to ensure quality standards for product launches (MVP) and subsequent iterations.
• Work with internal stakeholders to optimise flagship campaigns and evaluate project requests.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in project management, preferably with medium‑scale projects.
• Technical background with a good understanding of platforms and technologies is a plus.
• Experience liaising with Commercial, Operations and Marketing teams.
• Fluency in Italian and strong command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello or Monday.com.
