Key Account Manager - Greece

About the role

Betsson Group is looking for a dynamic, customer‑centric Key Account Manager to manage its VIP portfolio for Greece. Based in Malta, you will be the face of the brand to high‑value clients, delivering personalized communication, proactive engagement and premium hospitality at exclusive events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP customers with frequent, proactive contact via phone, email, messaging apps and in‑person meetings.
• Monitor and analyse individual KPIs (activity, deposits, net revenue, churn risk) and develop action plans to increase engagement and lifetime value.
• Host VIP clients at exclusive events such as sports games, dinners and tournaments, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Be available on weekends and evenings to support the VIP shift, resolve issues and provide real‑time assistance.
• Collect client feedback, identify trends and share insights with internal teams for service optimisation.
• Collaborate with VIP & CRM, Payments, Risk and Product teams and report on activity, risk exposure and KPI performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in VIP management or customer‑facing account management, preferably in iGaming, luxury hospitality, entertainment or sports.
• Proven track record of building long‑term relationships, managing portfolios and achieving revenue growth targets.
• Deep understanding of the online gambling ecosystem and VIP lifecycle management is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• High degree of empathy, discretion and professionalism with high‑value clients.
• Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and attend events; passion for sports, especially football and basketball, is a plus.
