About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment consultancy in Malta as an International Recruiter. No prior recruitment experience is required – you will be trained by top performers and directors to become a specialist within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live search assignments and write compelling job advertisements.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, from candidate sourcing to interview preparation.
• Partner with clients in Finance, Legal and IT sectors to understand hiring needs.
• Engage with candidates, assess fit, and guide them through the interview process.
• Achieve placement targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Motivated, results‑driven attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Certified Recruitment Consultant (CRC) Training (provided).
