Regional HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Regional HR Manager to lead people‑related initiatives across several markets, reporting to the Head of HR International. You will act as the trusted HR advisor, ensuring a compliant, engaging and high‑performing workplace aligned with our mission.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing guidance on local labour law, policies and procedures.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, off‑boarding and internal transitions.
• Maintain accurate employment contracts and personal records in line with local legislation.
• Oversee HR systems (HRIS, Jira, Confluence) and ensure data integrity.
• Partner with Payroll and Finance to process compensation changes and ensure tax and labour compliance.
• Lead or support strategic HR projects such as performance management, compensation reviews and employee engagement programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of HR operations experience, including at least 2 years in people‑management roles.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws in at least one of the supported markets.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with international HR teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
