Talent Acquisition Partner (iGaming)

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at LeoVegas Group you will support commercial, corporate and operations teams in a fast‑growing iGaming environment. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for strategic roles while applying an analytical and consultative approach to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for complex and strategic positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and drive strategic hiring initiatives.
• Leverage recruitment data and analytics to refine processes and provide actionable insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring an outstanding stakeholder experience.
• Continuously optimise recruitment workflows and implement industry best practices.
• Support recruitment projects such as company expansion and employer branding initiatives.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience, maintaining engagement at every stage.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum of 3 years proven recruitment experience, preferably within the iGaming industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in recruitment metrics and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different organisational levels.
