Head of Recruitment & HR

About the role

We are looking for a capable and driven professional to lead the Recruitment and HR function for All Pharma Life Sciences, covering both MyCare Malta and All Life Sciences divisions. This senior leadership position combines hands‑on operational execution with strategic business growth responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across both divisions, developing talent pipelines locally and internationally.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with commercial objectives and expansion plans.
• Oversee all HR operations, including payroll accuracy, compliance, onboarding, development and off‑boarding.
• Maintain HR systems, employee records and ensure compliance with Maltese employment law.
• Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to align workforce planning with new market opportunities.
• Mentor, develop and evaluate the performance of the recruitment and HR team.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook.
• Track key metrics (hiring performance, turnover, headcount) and drive continuous improvement and automation of processes.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in HR or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment, including managerial or leadership roles.
• Hands‑on experience with payroll processes and HR administration in Malta.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Commercial awareness to support business growth.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese.
