Head of Sales and Business Development

About the role

An ambitious and commercially driven Head of Sales & Business Development is sought to lead sales growth, identify new opportunities, and develop long‑term partnerships within Malta’s construction industry. The role combines technical construction expertise, commercial strategy, and business development to secure profitable projects and support continued business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Maltese construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and consultants.
• Understand client and project requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop commercial opportunities and convert prospects into sustainable business.
• Take ownership of sales growth and use technical knowledge to strengthen the company’s market position.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualification in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of the Maltese construction industry and an established professional network.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting relationships.

What we offer

• Competitive annual salary ranging from €50,000 to €70,000.
