Contracts Administrator & Quality Control

About the role

Mekanika is seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator & Quality Control professional to support its facilities maintenance operations. Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will ensure contract compliance, oversee callouts, and drive quality standards across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all callouts related to the JLL contract using proprietary software.
• Follow up with Team Leaders to ensure timely handling of work orders and preventive maintenance planning.
• Manage small projects from initiation to completion, delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Compile risk assessments and method statements when required.
• Handle all job sheets and related administrative tasks for the JLL contract.
• Attend regular on‑site meetings at customer premises and conduct site visits for quality control audits.
• Assist Team Leaders with quotations and perform other duties as directed by superiors.

Required profile

• ‘A’ Level standard education, MCAST Level 4 qualification or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Previous experience in contracts administration or related field is an asset.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
