Head of Finance Business Partnering

About the role

As the Head of Finance Business Partnering, you will be the primary financial advisor for the Retail, Online, and Games divisions, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Finance Business Partnering team.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide clear financial insights for confident decision‑making.
• Own the financial performance of Retail, Online, and Games business areas.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and medium‑term planning processes.
• Enhance financial models and commercial analyses to optimise revenue and investment decisions.
• Deliver reporting that highlights key drivers, risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs and initiate corrective actions.
• Strengthen collaboration across FP&A, Accounting, and wider Finance functions.
• Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
• Proven track record of leading finance teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
