German Speaking Support Agent (m/f/d)

About the role

MERKUR BETS, part of the MERKUR GROUP, is looking for experienced German-speaking customer support agents for its multilingual Customer Support Department. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with shifts across morning, afternoon and evening hours and availability from Monday to Sunday. Professional support in English is required when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, phone and email and act as a representative for customers.
• Assist the Management Team in reporting technical issues and sharing insights on market developments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in line with data protection procedures and meet individual and departmental SLAs.
• Document customer interactions to build a complete and accurate customer history.
• Resolve product and service problems by clarifying complaints and determining their causes.
• Support the team with additional projects and tasks when requested.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of work experience in customer support and an understanding of the gaming industry.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Ambitious and able to work well in a multicultural team.
• Able to work on shifts across weekdays and weekends.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
