Finnish Customer Support Agent

About the role

Bethard is looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join its team. The role involves supporting customers through live chat, e-mail and telephone, working closely with the payments team and contributing to a positive atmosphere within the Cherry Online team.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers and provide a welcoming experience via live chat, e-mail and telephone
• Work closely with the payments team
• Support colleagues within the Cherry Online team

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal Finnish
• Customer service focused
• Interest in iGaming or willingness to learn
• Strong sense of initiative and able to work well under pressure

Required skills

• Excellent computer literacy, especially in web-based applications
• Team player with excellent communication skills
