Danish Speaking Customer Support Agent

About the role

MERKUR BETS, part of the MERKUR GROUP, is looking for experienced Danish-speaking customer support agents for its multilingual Customer Support Department. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, mornings and evenings, and may require covering other hours, sometimes in English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support by chat, phone and email and act as a company representative
• Assist the Management Team with reporting technical issues and giving insight into market developments
• Maintain customer records following data protection procedures while meeting department and individual SLAs
• Document customer contacts to build a complete customer history
• Resolve product and service problems by clarifying complaints and finding their cause
• Help with other projects and duties when asked

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support and an understanding of the gaming industry
• Excellent written and spoken Danish and English
• Ambitious and able to work well in a multicultural team
• Able to work shifts across weekdays and weekends
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
