About the role

At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the Food & Beverage team energises every venue – from restaurants and bars to events and live experiences. The team delivers confident, fast‑paced, guest‑focused service in line with Hard Rock standards, supporting daily operations at the Cyana Greek restaurant and other hotel outlets.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment (preferred)
• Confidence working in high‑volume, fast‑paced operations
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Eligibility to work in Malta or meet applicable work‑authorization requirements
