Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Hard Rock Hotel Malta is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead its luxury F&B operations. This senior role combines hands‑on floor presence with strategic oversight to ensure exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of all hotel F&B outlets, maintaining high service and presentation standards.
• Coach, develop and motivate F&B managers, supervisors and team members.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Drive revenue, profitability and cost‑control targets, including labour productivity and scheduling.
• Collaborate closely with the Culinary team to ensure seamless front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house coordination.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety and brand SOPs.
• Support promotions, events and initiatives that enhance the guest experience and boost revenue.

Required profile

• Proven Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury or five‑star hotel environment.
• Strong operational background overseeing multiple F&B outlets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large, diverse teams.
• Commercial awareness of revenue, budgeting, labour costs and profitability.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills, with a hands‑on leadership style.
