About the role
Join the newly opened 5‑star Hard Rock Hotel in St. Julian’s as a Banqueting Supervisor. You will lead the front‑of‑house team, ensure outstanding guest experiences and support the Banqueting Manager in delivering high‑quality events.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the front‑of‑house team during service
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Assist in staff training, development, and scheduling
- Maintain hygiene and quality standards at all times
- Work closely with the Banqueting Manager to drive results
Required profile
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A passion for guest service and attention to detail
- Ability to stay composed and organised in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
