Financial Due Diligence Manager

About the role

EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Diligence team is seeking an experienced professional to lead financial due diligence engagements for buy‑side, sell‑side and vendor‑assistance transactions. As a Manager you will own the end‑to‑end delivery, guide multidisciplinary teams and act as the primary client contact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements from planning through reporting, defining scope and managing timelines.
• Oversee technical analyses such as quality of earnings, EBITDA normalization, working‑capital setting, net‑debt adjustments and cash‑flow modelling.
• Serve as day‑to‑day client liaison, presenting findings to senior stakeholders and investment committees.
• Coach senior and junior team members, ensuring consistent delivery quality across multiple concurrent deals.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, identifying cross‑selling opportunities and shaping practice thought‑leadership.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of financial due diligence experience, preferably within a Big 4 or transaction advisory environment.
• Proven ability to lead engagements, manage multiple deals simultaneously and interact directly with senior clients.
• Deep understanding of deal mechanics (EV‑to‑equity bridge, working‑capital, net‑debt adjustments) and financial‑statement analysis in a transaction context.
• Strong leadership, communication and autonomous decision‑making skills in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
