Financial Accountant: PSP & Cash Management

About the role

As a Financial Accountant focusing on PSP and cash management, you will be the internal expert on payment service providers and oversee daily cash and treasury positions. Reporting to the Accounting Lead, you will manage the full lifecycle of PSP operations, reconciliation and reporting while supporting general financial accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate PSP back‑office portals to retrieve statements, settlement reports and transaction data.
• Monitor PSP balances daily, flagging accounts that need top‑ups or withdrawals and taking appropriate action.
• Perform end‑to‑end reconciliation of PSP transactions using tools such as Aurum, resolving breaks promptly.
• Verify PSP fees against commercial terms and escalate any discrepancies.
• Track settlement timelines, follow up on delays and document outcomes.
• Reconcile monthly service‑charge fees for deposits and withdrawals.
• Manage PSP‑related email inboxes, triaging and responding to queries professionally.
• Download, organise and archive PSP statements and supporting documentation.
• Produce regular KPI dashboards covering transaction volumes, fee ratios, settlement timing and balance positions.
• Support onboarding of new PSPs by coordinating with the Payments team on commercial terms and integration timelines.
• Monitor daily cash and e‑money balances across all PSP accounts and wallets.
• Initiate and process outgoing payments, ensuring timely execution.

Required profile

• Mid‑level finance professional with a solid accounting background.
• Proven experience working with payment service providers or treasury functions.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail in reconciliation tasks.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Comfortable handling confidential financial data in a fast‑paced iGaming environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Aurum or similar reconciliation tools.
• Strong command of PSP portal navigation and data extraction.
