Executive, Immigration & Global Mobility

About the role

We are seeking an Executive to join our Immigration and Global Mobility practice, assisting high‑net‑worth individuals and families with immigration and relocation matters to Malta. The role suits a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys client interaction in a collaborative professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support private clients with immigration and relocation applications, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑ups.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering a smooth and professional experience.
• Liaise with local immigration authorities and relevant public entities.
• Coordinate client matters with legal, tax, and compliance teams across the firm.
• Maintain accurate client records in the firm’s CRM or practice management systems.
• Contribute to service and process improvements in response to business needs.

Required profile

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• 1–2 years’ experience working with foreign or international clients.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to client service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM or similar systems.
