Recruitment Consultant – Full Training & Fast‑Track Promotion

About the role

Accelerate is looking for motivated individuals to join its recruitment team in Malta. You will receive full training and have the chance to shape your own career path in a merit‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Attract niche finance talent by posting ads and sourcing candidates.
• Engage with candidates to assess strengths and fit.
• Act as the key link between candidates, clients, managers and the internal team.
• Close deals, negotiate offers and secure placements.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process while progressing toward leadership.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of proven success in sales or client‑facing roles.
• EU passport holder.
• Driven, proactive and consistently exceeds goals.
• Eager to learn and transition into recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
