Customer Support Agent - Italian & English speaking

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Agent who will assist Italian‑speaking customers in English and Italian via chat and email, handling inquiries and resolving issues while liaising with international providers. The role supports our growing iGaming platform and offers an entry point for candidates passionate about the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in Italian and English through live chat and email.
• Diagnose and resolve technical or account‑related issues promptly.
• Communicate with external gaming providers to obtain information or resolve escalations.
• Document interactions accurately in the internal ticketing system.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated iGaming environment.
• Willingness to learn industry‑specific processes and tools.
