Concierge – Residential Services at ORA Residences

About the role

At ORA Residences, part of the Hard Rock Hotel, the Concierge team ensures a welcoming, secure and well‑managed environment for residents and their guests. The role supports daily operations and delivers a high standard of customer service to residents, visitors and contractors.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Concierge, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality or Residential Services (considered an asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, courteous and service‑oriented approach
• Ability to manage resident requests efficiently and discreetly
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence handling enquiries, deliveries, visitor access and administrative tasks
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
