Clinical Governance & Clinical Support Doctor (Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Clinical Governance & Clinical Support Doctor to provide high-level medical expertise across our international operations. The role combines clinical leadership, governance, and remote‑medicine support for clinics and field sites worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance activities and set standards for medical services globally.
• Conduct staff induction, mentoring, training and on-site clinical interviews.
• Audit remote sites, review protocols, infection-control procedures and patient-care standards.
• Oversee monthly clinical reporting, equipment checks and inventory management.
• Identify training needs, develop CPD/CME programmes and support complex case management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Support project mobilisation, ensure clinical readiness and contribute to health-promotion initiatives.
• Prepare board-level reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Maintain client relationships and troubleshoot clinical and operational issues.

Required profile

• Medical registration in a European jurisdiction.
• Minimum 7 years post-graduation experience in acute care and at least 2 years in remote or assistance platforms.
• At least 3 years experience managing clinical staff.
• Strong background in emergency, trauma, anaesthesia or intensive care.
• Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PHTLS, PALS, Airway Management and Aeromedical training (training may be provided).
• Advanced English communication skills; additional languages (French, Arabic, Portuguese) are a plus.
• On-call availability, willingness to travel internationally and work nights/weekends.
