Senior Specialist – Supplier Notification & Change Process

About the role

The Senior Specialist serves as the primary escalation point for complex, high‑impact supplier notifications and change requests within Vantive’s global SNC Process team. The role supports governance, performance analysis, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement of the notification workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main functional escalation point for ambiguous or time‑sensitive supplier notifications.
• Support governance reviews, process controls and performance analysis for the global SNC Process.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across procurement, quality, manufacturing and regulatory areas.
• Document processes, drive continuous improvement and define requirements for portal and workflow enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, quality or manufacturing operations, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous cases with sound judgment and risk‑based decision making.
• Experience supporting global, matrixed processes and supplier change notifications.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of SNC intake portals, SQLM, TrackWise or comparable change‑control systems.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI for KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Process‑mapping, root‑cause analysis, testing support and automation identification.
• Familiarity with Coupa and JD Edwards is a plus.
