Laser Hair Removal Specialist (Aesthetic Technician)

About the role

Carisma Aesthetics is seeking a professional, confident, and client‑focused Laser Hair Removal Specialist to join its growing team. You will deliver safe and effective laser hair removal treatments while providing exceptional customer care throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments in line with clinic protocols and safety standards.
• Conduct client consultations, assess suitability, and explain treatment plans, expected results, after‑care and intervals.
• Evaluate skin type, hair type, medical history and contraindications; perform patch tests when required.
• Adjust laser parameters based on individual client characteristics and maintain accurate records, consent forms and before‑after documentation.
• Ensure hygiene, infection prevention, room preparation and equipment care, following all laser safety procedures.
• Provide proactive follow‑up, recommend suitable treatment packages and support client retention, rebooking and referrals.

Required profile

• Previous experience performing laser hair removal treatments (strongly preferred).
• Relevant beauty, aesthetic, nursing or healthcare qualification; laser safety or treatment certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent spoken and written English, professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, organization and ability to work independently, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Laser safety certification and proficiency in operating laser hair removal equipment.
• In‑depth knowledge of skin types, hair growth cycles, contraindications and laser treatment principles.
