Call Quality Control Analyst – Dutch Bilingual (Day Shift)

About the role

Enteractive is seeking a Dutch‑Bilingual Call Quality Control Analyst to join its Quality Control team in Gzira, Malta. You will be responsible for monitoring recorded sales calls, scoring them against a QA scorecard, and providing feedback to ensure compliance with company policies and responsible gambling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to recorded calls and evaluate them using the established QA scorecard.
• Generate detailed call review reports, analyse trends and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the evaluation system and quality standards.
• Translate and transcribe calls from various languages into English when required.
• Collaborate with the Responsible Gambling officer to address any compliance issues.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual feedback reports and meet all deadlines.

Required profile

• Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory).
• Proficiency (C1 level) in at least one additional language such as Turkish, Swedish, Finnish, Italian, German, Greek, French or Hindi.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Impartial, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
• Organised with solid time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Language proficiency: Dutch, English, plus one additional language at C1 level.
