Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our hybrid team in Sliema, Malta. You will be the first point of contact for Danish customers, providing assistance via live chat, telephone and email while upholding responsible gambling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers through live chat, telephone and email, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Investigate and resolve enquiries using internal tools, coordinating with other departments and escalating when necessary.
• Handle customer requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Apply company policies, procedures and licensing requirements to deliver accurate information.
• Promote responsible gambling practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Danish with strong written and spoken English.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using various digital tools.
• Active listener able to understand customer needs and provide tailored support.
• Customer‑centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative problem‑solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
