Business Development Manager

About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Moneybase, you will lead the acquisition and growth of B2B clients for our innovative financial platform. You will identify market opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain high‑level contacts with current and prospective customers.
• Analyse the competitive landscape and actively network to generate new business.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client requirements.
• Develop business proposals and contracts to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve B2B communications.
• Manage key accounts, provide excellent service, handle escalations and upsell Moneybase services.
• Prepare financial projections and evaluate company targets.
• Report key metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.
• Proven track record of building a strong pipeline and closing deals.
• Ability to work hands‑on, creatively and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
