About the role

Join Trumia’s commercial team as a Senior Business Development Manager, leading commercial growth by driving revenue, expanding into new markets, and developing strategic partnerships across the fintech and payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition, partnerships and collaborations.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver consistent revenue growth.
• Collaborate across Operations, Product, and Marketing to align business objectives and client outcomes.
• Establish inbound and outbound lead generation strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Provide visibility and reporting on sales performance and pipeline development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Generate client proposals and pricing strategies that drive satisfaction and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent Trumia at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to coach others.
• Deep commercial experience encompassing revenue and costs.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a deadline‑driven environment.
