R&D Samples Coordinator

About the role

The R&D Samples Coordinator supports Baxter's Malta R&D team by managing the flow of samples, climatic chambers and ageing processes. This position ensures that all sample handling complies with regulatory and internal requirements while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistical operations for R&D testing, from sample receipt to discard.
• Transport boxes or pallets to designated locations, using a forklift when required.
• Maintain traceability of all samples and manage real‑time and accelerated ageing chambers.
• Ensure work areas comply with EHS regulations.
• Support shipment of samples to other Baxter facilities or external partners.
• Perform routine warehouse activities.

Required profile

• O’ Level standard education.
• ECDL certification or strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment (preferred).
• Lifter/forklift user certification (preferred).
