Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Operations Manager you will drive cross‑functional marketing execution across multiple teams and initiatives. You will ensure projects involving paid media, affiliates, social media, content, SEO, CRO and design are planned, aligned and delivered effectively in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Cross‑Functional Project Ownership: own and manage marketing projects from planning to execution, ensuring clear timelines, responsibilities and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Coordination: act as central point of coordination for multi‑team initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Process Improvement: identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows, handovers, briefing processes, approvals and project tracking.
• Special Projects / New Initiatives: support launch of new marketing initiatives by turning ideas into structured plans and driving implementation.
• Analysis & Reporting: provide visibility on project progress, risks and priorities, and contribute market and marketing analysis for better decision‑making.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in cross‑functional marketing, marketing operations, project management or growth operations within a fast‑paced digital environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing functions such as paid media, affiliates, social media, content, SEO and CRO.
• Highly structured, detail‑oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with performance data and translating insights into actions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a can‑do attitude.
• Growth mindset eager to learn and adapt to changing marketing tactics.
