Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

Xcite Ventures Limited is a fast‑growing scale‑up in the social gaming sector, focused on delivering top‑quality entertainment experiences. We are seeking a hands‑on, creative Social Media & Community Manager to expand our online presence, engage players, and shape the community experience across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer outreach, manage relationships, and coordinate campaign briefs and deliverables.
• Own the social media content calendar, create engaging copy and visual concepts, and schedule posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Manage day‑to‑day engagement on Discord and Reddit, including moderation, community growth, and automation.
• Act as liaison between social channels and Customer Support, escalating issues and helping craft FAQs.
• Gather insights from social conversations to improve player experience and report trends to internal teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media or Community Management, with at least 1 year managing Discord and Reddit communities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and a deep understanding of US‑market social trends.
• Proven ability to create and manage content calendars and produce static, video, and short‑form assets.
• Experience collaborating with design, marketing, and support teams in a fast‑paced environment.
